facelessgenie.ai provides an AI-powered faceless video creation service for social media platforms. Our service allows users to create short-form videos without showing their face, using AI-generated content and customization tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

While using our service to create content, you agree to:

• Not violate any laws or regulations
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not create or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Take full responsibility for the content you create and distribute

We offer various subscription plans and credit packages. By subscribing to a plan or purchasing credits, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We accept all types of payment methods supported by our payment processor.

Subscription cancellations can be done by going to settings and clicking on the manage billing button via Stripe. Due to high GPU and infrastructure costs, we do not offer refunds. Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.

facelessgenie.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of facelessgenie.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the user's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
